A counselling service for bereavement, sexual abuse, domestic abuse…
I use a psychodynamic understanding with a person centred approach. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I've been accredited with BACP since 2013 and abide by their Ethical Framework. I receive regular supervision.
I aim to be honest, reliable and realistic, and am experienced in building relationships. I can offer short term counselling exploring the here and now, or longer, deeper work exploring the unconscious, which focuses on relationships from childhood.
I work from my Derbyshire home offering a caring, safe, confidential, relaxed environment where we can explore your difficulties and you will not be judged.
